Welcome To My Blog
For those of you who know me, all of this will be irrelavant.
My name is CrazyMoron77 and I’m probably the least intelligent political/sports blogger out there. I don’t have any inside information to offer, nor do I have any grand solutions. All I have are my ears, eyes, and opinions (and fingers to write this blog). This blog’s main purpose is for me to express entertaining and humorous opinions about the political and sports worlds. Some will be straight observations and others will be editorial style columns. My goal is to catch the attention of a major website and hopefully make some money off my goofy opinions while weaving back and forth from politics to sports in a funny, yet intimate manner.
Before I offer my main political opinions, here’s your opportunity to exit my page if you’re too sensitive. Be prepared for some whiney liberal idealist thoughts.
Here are my main politcal opinions:
- I don’t think the “reverse Robin Hood” method of economic policy is the right way to go. It helps the rich, but they make up a very small percentage of the population. I’m a realist and I know that my boss having more money won’t do a damn thing to help me. Sorry Regan-ites, trickle-down doesn’t work.
- Private health insurance companies stink. What’s worse is that people can invest in them. Do people honestly believe that their Aetna stock went up because they saved money by going green? No! They denied coverage to some poor schmuck who needed a surgery and saved some money. Something is morally wrong with that.
- I believe in the free market, therefore I AM NOT A SOCIALIST. Socialism is government taking over businesses and that’s not cool. However, the government should be able to put regulations in place to prevent another Wall Street collapse because we paid for the bailout and regular people shouldn’t pay when big businesses screw up.
- America. I believe in America and the American way as much as any gun-toting redneck, but we have to be smart and make intelligent decisions. We need to be more informed so we can make smarter choices.

- Knicks (don’t ask)
- Mets (uhg)
- Giants
- Rangers (don’t watch much hockey)
